Lightweight yet ultra-durable, it can be used double-sided, offering exceptional versatility.
Its four-point welded structure, free of rivets, ensures a secure, long-lasting attachment without creating any thicknesses that could pierce the pizza during baking. The blade is reinforced by bending the sheet metal in the stainless steel version, and by welded “fins” in the titanium version, which protect the peel from impacts against the oven opening.
The two handles are made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic, resistant up to 200 °C. The sliding handle can be easily disassembled and locks securely when tightened, engaging with the end handle.
