Access to and use of the Site are exclusively reserved for professional users, such as companies, retailers, pizza makers, restaurateurs and other professionals with a VAT number. Non-professional private consumers are invited to contact our authorized dealers for information and purchases.

To submit a supply request, users must follow this procedure: 1) filling out an information request form. 2) further to an evaluation by our staff, a link is sent for registration and filling in a specific form that is not publicly accessible. 3) once the data provided have been verified, the account will be activated, which will allow the request to be submitted.
The contract is concluded when the user receives formal confirmation of the order. This confirmation is sent with an e-mail communication following the evaluation by the Lilly Codroipo srl staff of the supply request.
The Prices of the Products indicated on the Site do not constitute an offer to the public, therefore, they must always be considered indicative and subject to acceptance of the supply request by Lilly Codroipo srl. Prices of products and services are expressed net of VAT and may be subject to change without notice.
Transport costs and any extra costs, such as special packaging or customization, will be communicated individually during the processing of supply requests made by users.
Lilly Codroipo srl is not responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure events, such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, governmental acts, wars, strikes, or other unforeseeable and insurmountable circumstances. In such cases, performance of our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event.
If a force majeure event persists for more than two months, both parties are entitled to terminate the contract. In such a case, the user shall be entitled to a refund of any advance payments, to the exclusion of further compensation or damages.
a. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Professional users are hereby informed that, in accordance with current legislation, they do not benefit from the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers. All purchases made through the request for supply procedure are final and not subject to cancellation, unless otherwise specified.
b. Legal Guarantees
Notwithstanding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, Lilly Codroipo srl ensures that all products and services offered are covered by the legal guarantees provided by law in case of lack of conformity or defects. The user is entitled to receive, at no additional cost, repair or replacement of defective products, provided that the request is made within the terms and in the manner established by law.
All contents of the Site, including text, images, graphics, design, are the property of Lilly Codroipo srl or its licensors and are protected by Italian and international copyright laws. Any form of unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, the parties agree to apply the Unidroit Principles of International Commercial Contracts (2016 edition) and Incoterms 2020.
In the event of disputes arising from the use of the Site or relating to these Terms, the place of jurisdiction is Udine, Italy, and the parties submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of that court.
Lilly Codroipo srl reserves the right to modify, update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective as of the date they are posted on the Site. User’s continued use of the Site will constitute acceptance of the changes.
